ORDER AND PAYMENT POLICY

1.Order Policy

All pre-orders placed by customers will be delivered to the customer's store within 30 days from when the product is launched. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in the product ordered by the customer being sold to other customers of Thang Long TM Vietnam Joint Stock Company.

Thang Long TM Vietnam Joint Stock Company is not responsible for any supply delay due to stock shortages or transportation delays.

2.Payment Policy

Cash Payment

•Customers pay directly in cash at the showroom to the consultant or cashier.

• Customers pay directly in cash to the shipping staff at the place where the customer receives the goods.

• Customers pay COD (cash on delivery) directly to the postman delivering the goods at the place of receipt.

Refund Policy

Card Payment

Customers please swipe your card with a convenient MPOS device at the showroom or at the place of receipt. The device has the maximum security for customer account information.

Customers please directly check the goods carefully immediately upon receiving them from the delivery staff.
